Position Summary

Jagdamba Motors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Brand Manager to lead marketing and brand promotion activities for our Two-Wheeler Division. The ideal candidate will possess strong market insights, strategic acumen, and the ability to drive impactful campaigns that strengthen brand presence and enhance customer engagement.

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and brand promotion strategies for the 2W division.

  • Plan, monitor, and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor positioning, and business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

  • Manage marketing budgets and assess ROI on campaigns and promotional activities.

  • Enhance the brand’s digital footprint through innovative, data-driven initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, or advertising — preferably in the automotive or FMCG industry.

  • Strong understanding of the Nepalese market and emerging marketing technologies.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
